Prioritize company owner when booking a meeting

Just like there's an option to prioritize a contact owner when booking a meeting, we would like the functionality to prioritize company owner (based on domain).

In our business, we assign company owners and we want all employees of said company to meet with a single owner when possible.

Here's how we see it working:

1. User visits general round-robin meeting link

2. User must enter their email address (username@acme.com)

3. User would see calendar availability based on Acme's company owner. It was matched because Acme's domain/URL is acme.com

Hope this makes sense and can be added in future rollouts.

100% this functionality would be awesome. Makes no sense to do it based off of contact owner for most teams. Account execs typically own an account/company.

The situation we have is:

1. New contact from a company (owned by Rep A) we have in our Hubspot completes a calendar meeting booking

2. Hubspot round-robin assigns new contact to Rep B

3. Hubspot then auto assigns the contact to the correct associated company, which changes contact owner to Rep A.

4. Rep B and Rep A have to communicate to get the event transfer over and the contact is confused by the extra back and forth. (this often involves reschuleding the meeting for a time that works on Rep B's calendar).

We should definitely have this functionality

+100! This is currently a blocker for us adopting HubSpot's calendar feature and we are now doing this manually!

This seems like it would be a no-brainer. When a sales rep is working their target accounts, they need to own all the contacts, including new contacts that book meetings on the website. Not prioritizing the company owner and booking meetings under another rep is confusing for the team and the prospects, considering the Company Owner would have better context to ensure seamless communication.

100%. Much needed to avoid round-robin of new leads from an account already assigned.
