Print ticket Information directly from the ticket record in HubSpot
Would like to have a printable version of a ticket that includes properties on "About this ticket". Currently the only option is exporting ticket information to a speadsheet to print, but that is not very viewer friendly.
Agreed, there needs to be an easy way to print tickets with filterabily on what gets desplayed on that print out. Has there been any updates to this that I am not aware of?
I'm honestly shocked that Hubspot doesn't have this feature already - this is a major compliance issue, and a feature we absolutely need for our clients.
I want to chime in to support this as well - the inability to print HubSpot tickets to PDF presents a moderate compliance concern as well, as it really hamstrings the ability over users to properly preserve documentation.
HubSpot is a great platform but this is a major ommission that needs to be a higher priority fix than it seems to be.
+1. In our previous service desk software, we could generate concise PDFs containing all the information relating to the ticket, which were always included in the invoice sent to them.
This seems to be falling on deaf ears. We have a service business. I find that even though we can create customized buckets in Hubspot for our tickets to move through, our staff is not always looking online to track. If we had a printable ticket, we could run it almost like a kitchen brigade, where tickets get printed from the front of house to the kitchen and they are hung physically to service in the moment. It creates more urgency.
Would absolutely love the option to print basic data on a 4x6 card, so we can show our process physically. I know it sounds old school, but sometimes you need something tangible to make the process real.
Definitely need a way to print tickets from HubSpot. We much have a pdf/paper copy anytime we process a credit for our accounting department's files. This is a huge blocker in our day-to-day work ever since we moved over to Service Hub from Jira Service.
