Absolutely agree. Our customers utilize our knowledge base often in outdoor, remote settings where there can be spotty internet connections. The ability to print would be critical to our business.
I'm surpised this doesn't have more responses. Trying to print from the browser makes the article look terrible and may cover up portions of the article if you are using the Chat bot.
Please make this feature happen, HubSpot! It's crazy to me that you can't print a KBA, or even download it as a PDF (this goes not just for KBAs, but for marketing emails, etc - make everything printable!)
