Hi everyone! I'm an Associate Program Manager on our CXM Team here at HubSpot, and I've been communicating with our product teams around some of our most popular features, including this one. They confirmed that this isn't something that is currently on the roadmap, so we're marking it as 'not currently planned' for the time being. The reason behind this is that there are some heavier lifts and higher priority projects being worked on over the next couple quarters.
With that said, the product team will still be keeping an eye on this request, so please continue to leave feedback around any use cases this feature would be most helpful for. Those kinds of details give the team deeper understanding of how implementing this could impact our products and customers. Thanks for your understanding! 🙂
Thanks for following up @ErikaJ! Out of interest, would the "shareable" URL for the email work just as well? These can be accessed by folks who don't have a login for the portal and can be accessed by clicking the thumbnail of the email on the email details screen. They're usually on the domain name "preview.hs-sites.com". We're definitely not saying no to the idea of a PDF export, just trying to understand the limitations of the current features in-app. Thanks!
Hi @GAC! Thanks for reaching out with your feedback! While we don't have any concrete plans to introduce pdf export for the emails themselves just yet, I'd love to learn a little more about what the goal is with the pdf itself. Do you use that to share the email content/design with colleagues, or to "archive" a copy of all your emails locally? Any extra info you can share is super useful to myself and my team. Thanks!
I see this idea was originally submitted over 5 years ago. Please do consider adding the ability to convert to PDF exactly as the HubSpot email looks. Currently the process involves a lot of extra effort as the conversion is not pretty. We have a required need for both the HubSpot email and a PDF version which requires me to entirely recreate the email in InDesign. It is cumbersome and not efficient. It would be so beneficial and much appreciated the have the ability to save the HubSpot file as a PDF that looks precisely as fabulous as it does within HubSpot. Thank you!
Has this been updated? I don't think so as I don't see an option for it. This would be super helpful for my team as we work with clients and I would like to send them proofs of the emails. Thanks!

Thank you for the information, actually i use a product to auto print email, it works fine but only on a Windows PC (or server). The product is Automatic Email Manager from Namtuk.
Doesn't affect us, PDF printing was a dealbreaker for us. We cancelled our HubSpot and moved on to another CRM platform that provides the functionality we need years ago now.
