Currently we have different forms for different company based sign up types. For example, supplier ABC has signed up in 2023 as Type 1, and a few years later they added to their business design and want to sign up as Type 2 as well, which we seperate for back office purposes. But when they go to complete the form for Type 2 sign up, all of the datafields are overwritten on their HubSpot Type 1 profile (because of the domain).
I need a way to create a new company, even if the domain already exists, and not auto merge.
I have switched off the auto association of contacts to companies for domains, that doesn't stop companies from auto merge.
