Would it be possible to have email sending rules to connect companies/tickets to certain email domains and avoid sending emails after picking up an email from the list displayed on the email search bar?
Example: Emails from Company A contact list can only be sent to a allowlisted list of addresses?
When you have several emails starting with sales@supplierA, sales@supplierB ,sales@supplierC it can easily lead to picking up the wrong email. it would be great to have a sort of rule that would prevent such or a sort of pop up window asking if you really want to forward that email to the contact chosen.
