Prevent auto-email to users when changing permission access to a seat
Currently, if a user is on a given permission set, even if that person has not been sent a invitation email, if that permission set is later changed to gain access to a Sales/Marketing/Service seat an email blast goes out to them that cannot be prevented or cancelled. This has caused a lot of confusion as the users getting these emails have not been brought into the system yet and so understandably believe it to be spam or phishing.
I am requesting there either be a checkbox or popup asking if you would like to email users in the set, similar to how when you add a user it gives you the option to send invitation email or not.
Below/attached is the email that gets sent out by default to all permission users when the permission gains access to a seat.
I would also like this feature when it comes to knowledge base articles being added to specific groups. I intend to allow anyone in my company to have access to our internal knowledge base, but they don't need to know every time an article comes out.
