Since we have installed the chatbot in our product. Could we use this to post product updates to our cutomers and linking to knowledge articles.
Example:
Heading: New feature is here
Body: X is finally here. Now you can x, y and z. Screenshot. Read more on how to get started in this knowledge article.
Customers can then read the post. They can start a conversation in the chatbot with support and/or go to the knowledge article and read how to get started.
So glad someone already asked this. I was looking to do this with the chatbot today!
