Possibility to use CTAs in workflows

Dear product-team, 

when building a workflow it's only possible to use LCTAs in the workflow. But because of the sunset of LCTAs we now create CTAs straight away, but then we can't set up workflows as reguarly. 

Please update/allow also CTAs usage in the workflow!
