I think it would be great to have the flexibility, for PopUp Forms, not to have any mandatory fields (as it happens for regular HS forms). Up to now there are some situations where it is not suitable to have email as mandatory field.
The issue is that forms normally are related to contacts. Without the contact email there would be no uniqe identifier for the form to be stored. So as a follow up to your proposal I would like it to end up in the Conversations Inbox folder once the form has been submitted. That makes it possible not to be linked (associated) with a contact.
