Pop up form image customisation

Hello!  I originally posted this in HubSpot Developers Slack at Ideas channel:

The image in pop up forms is really too small and there's also no way of positioning it. I would love to see a lot of customisation here. Change the image size, its position to being above title, on the left or right and paddings/margins. We tried 3rd party software but it seems to be a bit of a problem performance wise.

Is there any update on this coming anytime soon? This limitation makes the Pop Up Box less useful that it could be.

This would be great! Our Hubspot pop-up forms are boring and dull. It would be great to be able to use images as a background or full size or anything else to make them look more appealing

Two years ago and no update on this? Styling functionality is a bare minimum feature on something like this.

Agree with this, being limited to a small thumbnail for pop-up images makes it difficult to have the pop-up appear more attractive to visitors. There's so much more that can be done with a style change to images so looking forward to this feature!

We just completed a migration from Intercom to HubSpot Service Hub for a client, and this is the one piece where HubSpot pales in comparison to Intercom: the inability to include screenshot imagery in popup forms/messages. Hoping you can roll it out soon.

Agreed! Please address this long overdue issue!! Pop-ups are basic and lack appeal. Need to offer better styling and design functionality and the ability to adjust colors and background images.

YES PLEASE! This idea was originally brought up back in 2020 and is still being requested now in 2023. There is only so much one can do with a Pop-Up form design-wise. Hopefully this can be changed soon.
