My team has noticed that the column which lists emails in an inbox (Unassigned, Assigned to me, All open, etc.) is too narrow. It would be great to allow inbox layout customization to allow that particular column to be wider.
We would then better be able to triage/prioritize based on the email subject, without having to open each individual email. My team works in customer support, but I am also hearing from our sales team that this feature would benefit their efficiency/productivity.
Help Scout's layout allows for preview of the full subject line from the inbox.
