Please add format options in Notes

In a Service Hub Ticket under "Notes", please add formatting options/features as are present in email.

The more you can tell us about your idea, the more impact it will have.

 

  • Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for?
  • What is their goal?
  • What value will this add?
  • Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature?
  • Screenshots, pictures, drawings, process diagrams, are helpful.

    • Anyone making notes on a Ticket which go beyond a short amount of information. 
      • Primarily Support here.
  • What is their goal?
    • Organize details aside from paragraph form for quick scanning/reference.
  • What value will this add?
    • Speed
    • Clarity
  • Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature?
    • Email via Service Hub
  • Screenshots, pictures, drawings, process diagrams, are helpful.
    • These same feature are available via email. I hope that those will be helpful here.
