We can access templates for emails but cannot access anything in our playbooks. That makes no sense to me. If I'm mobile and want to send something from playbook like an agreement after a call to customer, I have to go outside the HubSpot to email it from a file source on my phone or have someone email it to me that is on a computer desktop and can access playbook files.

+1 We are trying to remove the barrier of standardizing communication between our sales reps and support teams. This feature would solve this problem and create more effective communication across our Sales & Marketing Team as a whole. It looks like this feature request was from 2020. With the request being almost three years old, would it be possible to get an update on whether this is on the Hubspot roadmap for development?
This is a must have addition. The days have needing to have a laptop just to perform routine work are gone. Playbooks are part of our routine work and we have staff that can not perform this while on the road without a laptop, not convenient.
100% agree, our sales reps are out visiting customers face to face and they need to access playbooks on the fly!
It is a little bug bear for me that HubSpot seems to be built for customers like HubSpot (tech companies) where the sales people are always sitting in front of a computer and do not get out into the real world...
Having no access to playbooks in mobile app for sales people while they are on the go is a complete nonsense. I assume that HubSpot development team assumes that most of their users are sitting in front of their desktops in a comfortable chair. In real, big enterprise sales this is simply NOT true.
It is not that difficult to develop it inside the mobile app, especially if we are talking about (company or contact) property changes when filling in the answers in that playbook.
Playbooks 100% need to be mobile accessible. It's hard enough to get a field sales team to adopt a CRM, and this is one of the tools that makes data entry to sales teams easier and actually filtered into the right areas in HubSpot.
If this is not going to be available, can someone from HubSpot give us a workaround? Is there an add on we should use? Is there some way to create a Custom Action on the mobile app for logging a site visit...etc
Please add playbooks to the mobile app. Our company has set it up to where each call only takes a few clicks with playbooks and it takes minimal effort for the sales team to log.
However, the issue is playbooks are not currently mobile friendly and having to break out your lapotop to log a single call is cumbersome.
