Playbooks in Preview Customization

You can add a playbook to a Record Customization view on Contacts, but you can't add the same playbook to the Preview Customization view.

This should be a feature.

Yes we want too 👍👍👍
We want to use both "Playbook in Preview Customization view" and "Global View" very much!!
Currently, we have the following perceptions of the Contact and Lead feature.

please add this. Playbooks are a critical function to call activities/tasks and often times I have playbooks for them to use. It would be ideal if the plabooks could be added to the about this task side bar preview and/or if playbooks could be used in tandem during live calls....

For the client success workspace to be usable.  The CSMs need to be able to access playbooks from the company preview.  It is too many clients to go out to the company record and then go to the playbook.  Please include the card in the company preview customization section.

We use playbooks for processes such as setting up a cancellation on our license object (custom object). We have now moved our service team from Zendesk to the HubSpot Helpdesk and would like to emphasize once again what a huge advantage it is that you no longer have to leave the ticket for anything, but can resolve everything from within the Helpdesk. To this end, we naturally wanted to enable employees to start the playbook for setting up the cancellation via the preview of the license object. Of course, we can also store the playbooks directly in the helpdesk. But at first, I think it's good to maintain the conceptual separation, and as second, the workflows only trigger when a guide has been filled out on a license. But if I fill it out on the ticket, nothing happens, of course.

The reason why playbooks are not available in the preview is probably to keep the view clear. I don't see a problem with this, as long as an incredibly helpful feature is added: the ability to control playbook display. For example, I want playbook termination setup to be displayed only on license objects, but not on contacts. Ideally, I would even like to be able to specify that it should only be displayed on licenses with a certain property value.

Super important - you would not have to leave tickets to finalize certain tasks that require the use of playbooks
