Playbooks Reporting to understand usage and sales team metrics
Playbooks are becoming more used and accessible but its not really possible (without using a required field or tag in the playbook itself or automation based on completed fields - which is inaccurate) to actually see which sales team members are using playbooks, and who has completed which playbooks.
Being able to understand playbook usage could help understand what top-performing sales team members use and look at usage as a sales activity report. This would also help if you could look at this as part of the sales journey. This could help in finding out if playbook usage is part of the sales conversion journey.
This kind of reporting will also help sales teams who are trying to standardise sales processes and help sales leaders coach their teams.
