Playbooks - Drag and Drop Editing

I tried looking for other submissions like this but didn't find one...

We need the ability to move questions/fields around inside playbooks we're building.

Ex. We'd like to move the 1st question in a playbook to the end of the playbook.

Right now, that means we need to rebuild the playbook just to change the order of questions, and that's a pretty big barrier to Playbooks being useful for us in the spirit of agility and ability "pivot" certain aspects of our sales process if needed.

Yes, please! This would be such a great feature!

It would be great to easily rearrange questions in a playbook, like we're able to move steps within a workflow up and down

Insane that this hasn't been done.  And not only drag and drop but also be able to group questions.

I was so annoyed to find that this wasn't already a thing! I just new I'd be able to drag and drop the questions.

I'm entering questions in a playbook and they are appearing in random order, not newest at the bottom. Have to start over and hope they don't start rearranging themselves again. Super frustrating! Please fix this.

Okay, figured out why they were appearing in different places - depends on where your mouse is. But we should still be able to re-order. I had to recreate the whole thing rather than rearrange.

We absolutely need the capability to re-order Questions!

Most playbooks will include a list of questions which need to be asked in sequence, so you should be able to drag and drop them, or be able to have them be re-ordered if they start with a number.

This is a basic requirement - otherwise if you add a new property in future that you want to include as a 'response' in your Salesbook you need to start again.

Can we please look into adding this feature?

It is important that the editing of the playbooks is a seamless experience so that users will want to adopt this feature.

Right now, it is quite troublesome to even arrange the questions.

absolute need... huge productivity killer having to retype EVERYTHING versus drop and drag reorder or something similar.. costly for customers that outsource work to consultants..

How can you create a playbook if the questions are in the wrong order? Missing this feature makes the Playbook function basically useless.

2 years and hubspot is still not able to change this minor feature? we really really need this as cloning an entire playbook just to get the order right is crazy amount of work.

how many years does hubspot need to fulfill a feature request?

Seems like basic functionality to me - disappointed.

For those who haven't seen it, a new beta has just hit the Playbooks tool and you can now edit and rearrange items! To opt in, all you need to do is hit the Beta icon that will appear in the left-hand corner. Excited to finally have this feature!

Step One:

Yes! Having to rebuild the whole playbook is not efficient at all. Please add this editing & drag/drop feature!

I was literally about to submit this idea!!! It is much needed because the only way to move things around is by deleting and rebuilding. The experience could definitely be more friendly!

YES! We need a way to rearrange text and question elements in Playbooks!

UPDATE: Activate the beta feature and it will work! 🔥🔥🔥

The beta version gives you this function, but there were a few other
problems with saving changes and versioning - we reverted back.

Maybe they have everything fixed now?

I came here thinking, why is this not a thing? We need this.
