Couldn't agree more on this! Also wish Hubspotwould make all of its functionality available for Sales Pro subscriptions. The inability to record prospecting questions as values for non-enterprise subscriptions kind of puts an ankle weight on its usefulness.
Agree, plus the ability to run a list or something on what records have had the playbook used/completed.
A colleague created a playbook but the questions are just normal questions with text space for answers, but it would've been good to have them all going to custom properties so we can take a look at anytime at the sorts of answers we are getting to spot trends/hesitations etc. I can see that the playbook has been viewed X number of times but that's it. There's no way for me to find what records have had the playbook used.
