Place cursor in Search field after selecting Contacts or Companies from the drop down menu
I would suggest that after selecting Contacts or Companies from the drop down menu you default the cursor to the search field. 90% of the time after clicking on Contacts or Companies that's where I go and it would save one additional mouse click which while a relatively minor issue adds up over time. I can't tell you how many times I have clicked on Company or Contact and then started typing my search only to realize I need to first click in the search field before I can start typing my search criteria. I'm an older Computer Engineer who predates the mouse. We relived heavily on tab navigation and I still use it because it's much quicker than using the mouse to progress through fields on a form except when's its not set up properly and the cursor jumps between fields in no particular order. That's when I know a younger program who is not familiar with tab navigation and relies on the mouse programmed the form. LOL
