this is so important to our team! multiple pins, ideally with different pin color options so sales, account management, and customer support teams could all pin different items and color code them.
It's 2024 and I am hoping that my 87th upvote will be the one to turn the tide and get approval on this. Multiple pins with different colors/references would be AWESOME!!!!
Not only Pinning multiple notes, but enable to pin a Task at the top of the Tasks (as it is now if you pin a Task to the top it removes the pinned Note) makes not sense (different tabs/areas of the platform/different purposes) yet one negates the other
I just had another thought. Something to alert a user to WHERE a pinned item lives, whould be useful as well as having the ability to pin more than one item per tab. See image:
This would be a huge asset for us, as well! We are constantly finding ourselves in need of having 2 or 3 important activities pinned to the top of a deal or ticket. Being able to pin more than one note (for starters) would be a huge time-saver and just makes sense, as a basic functionality.
We have multiple teams using one company record. We very much need the ability to have each team be able to put their own PIN at the top or at least have more pinned items than just one. Please please Please make this change happen!!!! People have been asking for it for years now!!!
It would actually be great if at the admin level you could choose how many Pinned notes works for you company and then you can only add that many, but this way it becomes customizable for every companies needs.
To pin mutliple impotrant notes is now becoming a urgent must within our business, for all of the reasons mentioned above! Please action this asap, looks like its been requested since 2020.
HubSpot, you ask that users suggest/upvote features on the Community forum, but yet there are multitudes, in multiple threads, hanging there for years with no implementation. It does not build user confidence that posting anything on the Community forum would have impact.
The ability to pin 3-5 notes would be ideal. Different teams need to pin notes for different reasons i.e. customer service, billing, implementation, marketing etc. Please consider this solution ASAP!
The ability to pin multiple notes, especially in tickets, would be very useful and is highly desired by our team. Ideally, I wouldn't want to have a limit on the number that could be pinned (I understand pinning everything defeats the purpose), but if there has to be a limit set for this, please allow more wiggle room than less: 3 - 5 > 2
