We are desperately in need of a CRM that can integrate with our ComStar phone system. We would like for our sales reps to see the Account number, contact name and or business name display in a notification when that customer is calling in. Currently, our sales reps have to answer the phone and manually ask who they are/where they are calling from and look them up in our system. This feature will allow our reps to have the customers account pulled up and ready for when they answer the call.
