If you could personize the layout of the software it would be much more user friendly and would have a much larger audience. For example, I would love this if I could focus more on the contact portion for now without all the extra stuff about sales, forecasts, budget, etc. which I'm not going to use at this time. But maybe I would another time. So if I could remove unnecessary tabs until I need it, it would be much more functional.
