Personalization tokens for ticket name

We create tickets from our support form, contact us form, and any program registration. While we have separate pipelines set up to segment tickets by type, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to name the ticket based off of the data collected in the form submission. For example - we'd like for the our ticket name on our contact us form to read "Contact us form submission by [Contact Name] on [Create Date]" or the name of our support form to read "[Contact Name] requests support on [Support Type]."
