With the recent addition of customer leaving voicemails to HubSpot phone numbers, having a feature to allow users to create their own voicemail would be great.
Right now, when we use HubSpot Numbers we don't have the option to create our own voicemail. When customers call in, they will hear the generic voicemail which might dissuade them from calling or leaving a message.
If we could have our own personalized voicemail for HubSpot numbers that would fix that 🙂
+1 for this idea. Would also be nice to be able to personalize the recorded message a contact here's when calling in about the call being recorded. These are standard features on other VOIP and calling platforms.
