Permissions Gate the "add timeline activity" option
When creating deals and tickets, we have the option to:
Add timeline activity from [Contact] to this ticket
Add timeline activity from [Company] to this ticket
We do not want these options.
These check boxes have been accidentally selected when creating tickets, which causing correspodence to mix between tickets, tickets to reopen unexpectedly due to replies on other issues. We have directed our team to never use this feature, but it has been selected by mistake.
Please allow us to remove this feature entirely or at least allow us to permission-gate who can use it.
