Our Service team sometimes take credit card details or other sensitive information over the phone. We obviously do not want that stored.
It would be very helpful if call recording could be turned on or off on a call-by-call basis, and even more helpful if recording could be paused and switched back on again.
I have experienced this as a customer speaking to support agents, and it seems pretty standard for large-company support teams.
This would be REALLY really helpful for us as well. Our team are unable to record any of these calls due to sensitive information being provided over the phone in the form of billing details. Would love to see a pause recording feature on HubSpot as the call recording function is so great for learning and development!
