There should be a way for me to limit access to a website domain we are developing. I have a website that is for a company in a regulated industry and we cannot have dev pages publically exposed. A couple of ideas:
Password protect the entire domain - currently, you can do this at the page-level - we need to to this for an entire domain while we are developing and prior to final approval to go live.
Control access via a list - again this is possible for a page but not an entire domain. Same reasons as above.
Permission role - somehow control access to domains via a permission role?
Having the ability to control this would be extremely helpful as the staging capability does not allow us to fully test links and functionality.

The password protected entire domain would be great even in other context e.g. providing a protected website for a customer without them needing to register via the membership feature and with an email. Some of our customers do not want each employee to register on a provided website or make them register with a singular email for the entire company. Just a username and/or password.
