The target accounts overview is a brilliant overview of interactions/engagement and I'm currently rolling it out to manage our strategic accounts.
A significant area where this falls down through is the ability to group companies, for example where our strategic account focus is a combination of parent and child companies. At the moment, i'd have to flag all those as a target account, but would appear as separate entries, making holistic management a little more difficult to get the measure of.
This is equally true on a company record too - the ability to roll up all child company data/activity into the parent company (toggling onoff would be great!) would make mangmeent of complex corporate structures much easier
