Page for the contact to check the Tickets status

It would be useful to have a page/dashboard in which the contact can check the status of the tickets he/she has opened with the Company.
I mean, something similar to what we can see when opening a ticket to HubSpot.

 

Many ticketing tools have this feature and it would be really helpful in particular for those clients that open many tickets.
