Complete improvements to the Page Editor to make using the Drag and Drop Functionality a little more user friendly.

Hero Section edit capabilities conflict with global header
When you hover over the Hero, you can see the section tools, but as soon as you try to move the mouse to click on them, because they overlap the global header module, the tools disappear and it is impossible to click. There is a slight trick to move the mouse very slowly, this works about 60% of the time.
Proposed solutions - allow the option to hide modules while in page edit mode, a simple toggle switch to view without impacting the visibility of the header/footer in preview. Basically create a working mode on the page that allows these modules to be hidden. Alternatively, find a way to allow the tools to behave nicely with each other.
