Need some upvotes friends! Went through support chat already and feature not there yet. Here's the story:
I made reports for several reps where if the acct hasn't been touched in 6 mos they are listed on the weekly report to the owner. Problem becomes what if another dept touches the acct? I want just the rep I have the report on. Can you help filter this?
Illustration: Customer ABC is a retail customer and a rental customer. Rental needs to reach out every 90 days. If rental touched then the retail team member would never know they didn't touch the acct.
