Overview of All Recurring Emails of Dashboard (And Their Reports)

Hi Team,
Currently, there's no central place to find out about the recurring emails that a Hub has, it will be great if there's a way to see ALL of the recurring email setup so it's easier to manage. This is especially useful for a Hub with a lot of users and dashboard reports owned by multiple users.
We really need this as well. When we update properties it would be helful to know exactly which reports need to also be updated if they are being e-mailed to users.
Agreed. I have created recurring emails on multiple reports that I have no control over to edit or remove if its no longer relevant. Should be a no brainer and easy to implement.
Would be so helpful, we have historic reports going to the leadership team and it's nearly impossible for me to find them and tunr them off! Much needed!!
100% agree here with everything being said so far.
I would add that in the short term it would be super, super helpful to be able to edit a recurring report email set up. Right now once it is set up and saved there is only the option to change the owner or delete it. An edit option there would be so helpful to 1) Confirm things are set up correctly (peace of mind) 2) Make small edits instead of starting over.
Same here! I want to be able find all the scheduled report emails that go out. We have reports that go out on a monthly/quarterly basis to our team members and we have quite a few that go out that are specific to the contact/deal owners. I want to make sure that when new team members join they are recieving their reports at the same cadence as the others. How has this not been addressed yet? There should be a centeralized place that shows when the scheduled report emails that go out.
I agree. We need a centralized place to manage recurring emails for reports. Theres no way for me to find them and adjust them accordingly so it sends to our leadership team. For example, we would need to adjust the report to send to another manager who is overseeing that specific team. Another example would be updating the frequency of the recurring email. Otherwise these continue to go out and could eventually lead to spam if we continue to produce additional recurring emails without having a way to manage them accordingly.
100% I have created all these recurring email reports. But I dont want to overwhelm my team, theres no easy way to see all recurring email reports unless I go and track each one individually by memory.
Agree to this - SO necessary as it's high risk without this feature. I'm currently trying to get to the bottom of a reporting issue and without having the automated email forwarded to me, there's no way for me to identify what may be going out in order to tweak it (or cancel it, if no longer applicable). There's no feasible way for us to check all reports to assess whether or not recurring reports are set up given the volume of reports we have.
Putting a comment in so that it gets reviewed - we majorly need this update! I need to stop and re-start all of the recurring report emails and have no idea which ones are being sent.
