It is crazy that you dont have this feature. With 100 sellers it is incredibly difficult to use your product and not switch to Salesloft or Outreach. Following closely.
We need our Snr Mgmt to be able to see the overdue tasks for their teams in a report, without having to check each individual. Reporting by Overdue for a group of users/team, and also being able to see who the Task Assignee was on each Task is required.
A vital function that we need to surface to each rep in our team. It enables them to understands what's on their plate and what they've missed. Salesforce has the capability, trust HubSpot will prioritize this asap.
Being able to report on the exact number of overdue tasks each user has and being able to use the "due date" property will be highly beneficial for us to keep track of how our sales reps are doing in terms of follow-ups.
It's crazy that we still can't filter information based on overdue tasks and have no idea if it will ever get implemented. It's a nightmare to identify and manage deals where there is an overdue task. After years of waiting if things stay this way I might have to stop using HS.
As a manage i am really only interested in tasks that have not been completed ..because there is not a alert foe overdue tasks and they can quite often get missed
Are there any updates here? One of many features missing that lead me to look for a new crm. The ability to identify overdue tasks in filters seems pretty foundational to have left out. It's already a default queue. Seems like it would be fairly simple to take that piece of code and modify so we can use it in filters.
It's been almost two years now since this has been 'Being Reviewed'. Given that it has been looked at closely we're hoping there might have been some progress made?
