Outlook Plugin Improvements - Create Deal from Outlook Plugin, Associate an incoming email
We are really happy with the upgrades to the outlook plugin, particularly being able to control associations when sending an email.
We would reallylike the ability to create a deal directly from the plugin. Currently when we get a new lead, we are hitting the open in CRM button to view the contact in Hubspot, creating a deal and then going back to Outlook to reply and sync to the new deal. Doing that in one step would be a huge timesaver.
It would also be really great to be able to sync an incoming email from Outlook without replying to it. We can forward the emails but then we run into the issue with emails replicating to the five most recent open deals which is a disaster for our setup, where a client can be associated to many deals that have nothing to do with each other.
