Outlook Contact Sync - Assign Synced Contacts to Respective User
When you sync an Outlook address book with HubSpot, it automatically imports all of the contacts, but it does not assign those contacts to the respective user. We had to work with support to identify the source and create a workflow to assign these unassigned contacts.
I believe this workflow should happen automatically and provide a conflict report of contacts already assigned to other users.
