We have a problem when an incoming email is not automatically logged in hubspot. If you do the logging later using the Outlook add-in, the email will be saved but not the attachments. Why? The option to forward the email is difficult because we often receive emails from companies that then have to be assigned to a customer. This means I would have to change the sender manually before forwarding the email.
We are evaluating Hubspot, and to be able to log/save emails including the attachments is crucial. The bcc: feature cannot be used here, since the decision to log the mail is made later, and to a another company than the sender/receiver.
