Outbound Call Source Type

I've run into a few situations, that hopefully will be resolved with the update to the outbound call tracking system, but I have a few people on our sales team who have needed to add Twilio to their accounts because they used their 1,000 minutes allotted to them.  What I would like to be able to see is how many minutes are used via Twilio's call recording in comparison to HubSpot's so that we can determine what the most cost-effective choice is.

 

This will also allow us to determine from a training perspective if we need to figure out how to shorten outbound calls or limit the types of calls we require to be recorded (for example, initial outreach, quote follow up, or escalation of an issue vs all sales calls).
