Receiving auto-response for marketing emails

I'd like to see the auto-responses directed to the Reply-to address and NOT the From address.

There's another thread that discusses filtering or stripping the auto-responses https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Auto-Responders-Out-of-Office-Replies/td-p/5904, but we go through them to update contacts for retired, no longer with the company, etc.

This KBA https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/add-a-custom-reply-to-address-to-your-marketing-email explains the expected behavior is to send the auto-responses to the From email, but with this behavior, it's not functional to send emails from anyone else's address. What is the CEO or President (or anyone outside the Marketing team) to do with all the contact updates like "I'm no longer with this company" etc.?

How do others handle this?

We just switched over to HubSpot from Constant Contact and sent our first email out today to several thousand people. Unfortunately, we were unaware that HubSpot does not contain a KEY feature that Constant Contact has with regard to auto responses. Here's the situation:

When we sent an email out in Constant Contact, we sent it from our Managing Partner's email address and put a general email account in the "Reply To" field. This prevented our MP's email from getting flooded with replies, including out of office notifications. All those auto replies are instead directed to the general "Reply To" mailbox we designated when setting up the email.

However, HubSpot has a giant flaw when it comes to this feature. ALL the auto replies went to our MP's email. HUNDREDS of them (because everyone is working from home).

We know we set up the "reply to" email correctly, because anytime someone would manually reply to the email, it would go to our "reply to" email, so it was working fine. It's the automatic replies that are the problem. We confirmed with Customer Service that the system is working the way it has been programmed with regard to the auto replies, which is quite unfortunate and a huge inconvenience.

My feature request is to have the "reply to" email address also accept all of the Auto replies - just like Constant Contact does. Surely this far more sophisticated system can accommodate such a "small" request.

When sendng an email, our of office replies currently go to the sender rather than the reply to email address. I beleive thereshould be an option for out of offices to go to the reply to email.

Currently, it is possible to create a user-defined reply address different from the sender address.
However, automated e-mail responses (such as out-of-office notifications) are returned to the sender's address.

It would be nice if the automated replies are also sent only to the reply address.

We have this issue also. Only fix we have is that we warn the CEO and ask them to create an inbox rule based on the email subject heading, the messages then get added to a folder and forwarded onto our marketing.

This is a huge problem for us, and an expected workflow given there's the option to select "reply-to address"

Also experiencing this issue. We want emails to appear as though they are coming from our CEO, but not functional to have all the auto-replies go to their email address rather than our reply-to address which is our connected inbox.

Would love to hear back if a resolution for this is added as a new feature in HubSpot.

Ditto on this issue and subsequent comments. Surely must be a simple but proper fix on HS side? Thx
