It seems that we are desperately missing an out-of-office kind of message on the live chat window. Many folks on the team might go on vacation at the same time and the only message we are able to give the customer is that no one is online. If we could display a banner or a message within the live chat window to display special messages such as for holidays or during emergencies etc, that'd be great. Previously we were using a similar feature intensively on Intercom and it was very helpful.
We had to modify the bots and live chat messaging manually to change the messaging, but it would be nice if there was an out of office option that could change the initial message and not have to do this.
Same as above - especially when you consider this functionality is already being offered by competitor products like Intercom. Lots of places have public or regional holidays where this would be a quick win.
