Original Drill Down 2 field needs text not internal value
It's very hard to report on the various sources when the value in the field is an internal value rather than the original text. I can't create lists based on all the possible internal values, and I can't even quickly do reporting on an export because I have to look up the contact to find out what the text is in ODD2.
I see people have been commenting on this since 2018. Please make this field easier to use for lists and reporting.
This is a great idea! I also have this issue. But I'm worried that it's so technical and in the weeds others won't find it and upvote it. To help others quickly understand, here is a very simple explanation of what goes wrong:
When an important event happens like a new MQL being created from Google Ads, and you send an alert email internally to your team to notify them, and it includes any picklist property in the email alert, that alert will say this:

instead of
Original Source Drill-Down 2: Google Ads
This happens because when Hubspot puts enumeration properties (either single or multi-choice picklist fields) into an email, it writes them into a personalization token and the system isn't built right now to reference the external text value yet. Hubspot can only write the back-end internal values in email alerts at this time.
Please roll out a fix to this, my client needs source reporting to present to their executives. Has any workaround been discovered on how to make this happen?
