Organizing Template Emails by Folder & Fixed Order

ADD FOLDER FILTER

Currently, when you send a one-to-one email, you can select Templates, and choose to filter the Templates by the Owner.

It would be very nice to have the option to filter by the Owner AND the Folder.

We are given folders to organize our Templates when creating them, but no access to the folders specifically when search within a Contact Page.

**Folders are accessible on the Mobile app, but not on the Desktop.

FIXED ORDER FOR TEMPLATES

We organize our Templates by name and want the most frequently used Templates in order.

We use numbers in the Template Name to achieve some order, however it's a very finicky system. As you can see, '10' comes after '1', skipping '2', '3', and '4' etc...

Please fix this... or better yet...

Please give us the the option of arranging a FIXED order for the Templates we want to see listed here.

Being able to see the folders in Templates would be immensely helpful. For example - we have folders for Snippets and then the snippets live inside those folders, but Templates isn't set up the same way. Please help us out!!

Yes, the current navigation flow doesn't make much sense. When I visit the templates list (email templates), each template and folder shows on a separate line. There is no real nesting of templates inside a folder. Rather the folders are currently serving more as tags for grouping. This does make it easy to find when going to use a template in an email. However, it's not very helpful for organizing the full list of templates. Currently, even if a template is assigned to a folder, it still shows at the same level which is confusing and doesn't provide much organizational value.

Much needed. What's the point of creating folders if you cannot filter by them when you need to find something?

100000% agree with all comments above. We have a good number of templates and it's growing and by each team, they can't find what they need. Please, PLEASE add folder searchs for teams!
