Organize question sequence in Playbooks

Hi Team, just wondering if we can get the functionality to re-sequence the questions in a Playbook? The scenario is that when we get to review our Playbooks, we have to re-type whole the thing (question/ answers) to match the new order. 

Furthermore, I am wondering how possible to get 'Create Task' functionality linked to Playbooks. For example, this will allow the sales team to create a task for a meeting while they are on the phone, filling a call log (in a call Playbook).
