Option to toggle hard/soft returns in the Conversations inbox for live chats
Posting here in our Ideas Forum after seeing the demand for it in my Support role!
While I absolutely see the efficiency value of being able to send a message with the "RETURN" key, I think being able to toggle whether that funcitonality is active would be nice. It could help prevent messages from being accidentally sent while only half the message has been typed up. Because I work with both email and live chat (as do so many of our Users), I think that it can also take a bit of a minor brain adjustment when going back and forth between the 2 types of channels. So why not provide the option!
Any chances of seeing this in our future?
