Since the multiple knowledge bases feature (which has been highly requested) isn't under development anymore, a few basic features would help organize different articles. Some of them are the ability to search through a specific category (both on the main page and through chatflows), reporting separated by category/tag, and especially the option to insert the category in the article slug.
