Option to hide the small denomination of currency (cents/pence) after the decimal .00 and round

I would like the option to hide/show the amounts after the decimal place on currency, and round to the nearest full dollar/pound/euro/currency. When reporting on the yearly figures, this small amount is not relevant to graphical represenation and clutters the view.
