Option to block free email providers from booking via Meetings link
Since we can block free email providers and certain domains from filling out standard HubSpot forms, it would be great if Meetings link forms could also block those.
We would love to see this feature get implemented as well. We receive bookings of the same email adress over and over again which is blocking our sales team's calendar.
Its been over the year since your last update on this. Can you let us know if this is already planned for the release?
You have no idea how much this would aid in discouraging no-fit prospects from scheduling meetings. We are a B2B organisation and are certain that our ICPs have business email addresses; hence, there is no need to collect personal email addresses. I'm quite confident I'm speaking for 99 percent of the people that replied on this topic.
I like this idea but it should go beyond just blocking 'free' email domains.
What would be more powerful is a global allow / block list that allows you to block certain domains / email addresses from using any form period.
There are certain companies who use their branded domains to bypass gatekeeping and shill their products (we who work in sales know that this is a big no-no).
It would be good if we could just block whichever domains / email addresses we want.
It would be great if list membership can be included as a criteria for meeting booking. I spoke with a customer that wants to prevent contacts in a list from booking the meetings and I think that it is a great feature alongside the option to limit non-company email addresses.
I think this a long over due feature that should be intergrated into Hubspot, especially consider this has been since 2018. We experience similar situations as mentioned by previous commentators. The need for a feature like this has not changed and would help the efficiency of the teams using this system.
