Hi - I recently realized that there isn't a way to nofollow a link in a CTA that was created using hubspot's CTA tool. There's a checkbox option to open the link in a new window (and therefore add a target="_blank" to the link) but there is no option to add a rel="nofollow" (see screenshot). It seems like it would be easy enough to add a second checkbox with that option. Most of my CTAs link to a landing page that is by default no-indexed by hubspot. For SEO purposes, I would also like to make sure that no link equity is being sent out to these no-indexed LPs when i use these LPs in my CTAs. I would think i'm not the only hubspot customer with this issue. PLease add a rel="nofollow" option for the links used in hubspot's generated ctas. Thanks!
