Option to Turn Off "Least Busy" rules in Conversations
I'd love the option to turn off the conversation routing tool that assigns conversation off of who is "least busy."
This option is great for high volume chat teams, but for smaller chat teams who don't work exclusively within Hubspot Inboxes, but rather through integrations like Slack, then it can unfairly distribute sales chats because it senses people are not monitoring their inbox when we set up notifications to come up through Slack so they wouldn't have to be in the Inbox all the time.
