Option for single press to call when using Zoom Phone for HubSpot calling tasks in task queues
Hi team! I'm Sam from the HubSpot Customer Support department. I was working with HubSpot user Dave, who discovered that Zoom Video Communications integration with HubSpot "Zoom Phone for HubSpot" auto-dials contacts when you are using a task queue and hit a Call task. Dave worked with Zoom Video Communications to find that the only solution was to turn off the auto-dialing feature in the Zoom widget, but the ideal solution would be for calling tasks to work the same with the integration as they do with native HubSpot calling, where the window pops up and you simply press the one Call button to call the contact. As it is now, with auto-dialer turned off, you'd have to press the call button and then press an additional button to actually call via the integration. The suggestion is for the HubSpot product team to work with Zoom Video Communications to offer a way to make the call task queue work exactly the same as natively designed if you're using the integration instead of the native call tool.
