I couldn't agree more. After starting up with HubSpot with about 40 sales reps during summer of 2022 (less than a year ago) the attachements section has been filled with numerous documents. SORTING or FILTERING in a few different ways would be a very smart improvement and a natural way to go. I have worked in many CRM's and know that is a highly appreciated feature. It saves a lot of valuable SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE time. Time I would rather use on the existing customers and the next new customer.
